I may be wrong but afaict the image is actually 
AV_PIX_FMT_PAL8.
I can (probably) fix it but maybe not immediately 
and afaict, FFmpeg behaves correctly with my 
original patch (saying "I don't know what to 
do the file").

The problem is that even when fixed, using 
-vcodec libopenjpeg will do funny things, I 
have no idea how to fix this...
