I did not print the section 'program_streams' because it was a little 
bit redundant (but, at that time, I did not print any other information 
about the program). Now, it makes sense :)

In the documentation, ffprobe.xsd, you should add "use="required"" to :

 > +      <xsd:attribute name="end_time"             type="xsd:float"/>
