[FFmpeg-devel] Fixed point implementations of AAC decoder, AC3 decoder and 32bit FFT

Hello,

Three patches with implementation of fixed point AAC decoder are sent.

Since this implementation depends on implementation of 32 bit fixed point
 FFT and some functions implemented for fixed point AC3 decoder that were
 submitted earlier and since these implementations are not reviewed yet,
 I am resubmitting them rebased to the newest version of FFmpeg.
