I changed (MAX_AVS_PATH_LENGTH) into (MAX_PATH * 4) in order to avoid
the possibility of overflow.

avisynth is a non-unicode application and cannot accept UTF-8
characters. Therefore, the input filename should be converted to
the correct code page that it expects.
