So if I understand correctly, this would be:

- 184 EUR for the hotel accomodation expenses (3 persons, two nights,
  to be divided like this: Alexander 73, Carl 73, Thilo 38)
- 157,34 EUR for a flight ticket from Vienna -> X (Carl)

Total: 341.34 EUR

I approve the refund request so amended.
