That's a really good idea IMO.

But I'd suggest you ask on the IRC devel channel before submitting one:
keep in mind this Twitter account is "the voice of the FFmpeg project",
it's not really a user forum or wiki, so we should avoid random mistakes
or inefficient tip :)
