Could you elaborate?

I thought "change" here usually means that the actual input 
content can change between progressive and telecined and 
that "changed pattern" means a bad edit. Both imo don't 
change the fact that the inverse telecined output should be 
progressive cfr.

But maybe I misunderstand?
