[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] avfilter/yadif: Check more fields for the spatial/temporal decission

tried it.  love it.

did a side-by-side on the old yadif, sharper in static textures, moire is
eliminated on grilles and tweed jackets... these are things that were
dealbreakers in our QC pipeline, so i'm quite happy.  this should be
committed.
