[FFmpeg-devel] compiling fails with --enable-libx265

In a recent change of libx265 two parameters have been dropped that are
referenced in libavcodec/libx265.c. Effect: compiling of ffmpeg fails.

The libx265 commit is this one:

drop param.vui.bEnableVuiParametersPresentFlag and bEnableAspectRatioIdc

By removing the 2 lines (118 & 119) from libavcodec/libx265.c you can
make ffmpeg compile again, but I do not know if this has further
consequences.
