Nobody cares about these filters, that's why nobody wants to port them.
That, or because the filters are just full of unclean code. (Look at all
the code of the *pp* filters.)

It seems these filters have mostly nostalgic/emotional values. There
are dozens of filters in other projects that have much more value and
which you could or should port. Look at anything in the avisynth
universe.
