[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] doc/ffmpeg: fix suffix of preset files

Probably something from Libav that got carried over. ffmpeg uses .ffpreset
files instead of .avpreset, and it uses $FFMPEG_DATADIR instead of
$AVCONV_DATADIR.
