[FFmpeg-devel] BUG in use of extradata and extradata_size with dvb subtitles and teletext

We modified only MPEG-TS muxer and DVB subtitles encoder. No changes in
MPEG-TS demuxer, DVB subtitles parser and DVB subtitles decoder.
