The FLV encoder was modified to support 2 hacks from justin.tv in 2011,
and uses the non-standard codec_id 8 and 9. And the code was accepted...

It's not even using the last codec_id possible (15), that could signal
a non-standard extension... No, it took the next 2 codec_id, that will,
of course, conflict with Adobe updated spec, if they ever update it (let's
hope they drop flv)
