[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add example transcoding.c

Fixed issues with non-A/V streams:
- now use AVCodecContext.codec_type instead of AVCodecContext.codec.type
- init FilteringContext entries to NULL previously, to avoid accessing them uninitialized.
