[FFmpeg-devel] Implementation of AC3 fixed point decoder

Hello,

I am resending patches that are implementing AC3 fixed point decoder.
Requested changes and necessary fixes are applied.

Patches made by Michael that split the patch "libavcodec: Implementation
of AC3 fixedpoint decoder" and fixe a few issues are also resubmited, so
they are rebased to the newest ffmpeg code and entire patchset is in one 
place.

Sorry for a delay.
