Yes, I posted the updated patch which applies properly. I can post them as
separate patches too. However, av_dynarray_add() used in the patch seems to
be tricky and hacky as pointed out by others. So, I'll post the separate
patches once we agree on a better alternative. I hope that is not a problem.
