Hmm, so there are inconsistencies in this, e.g ffmpeg.texi for -ss has
what I added above,
while -timestamp (in ffmpeg.texi) has the pointer to the detailed ref.
In fact although the pointer to ffmpeg-utils is correct,
the description "date must be a time duration specification" is not.
So the description in ffmpeg-utils is complete and correct as far as I can see.
I will therefore rework both ffmpeg.texi and ffplay.texi to refer to
the appropriate section of ffmpeg-utils.
