Reviews are not meant to encourage, reviews are meant to find problems. A
good review is a review where problems are found and pointed out.
Sometimes, reviews mean suggesting way to find issues (which is then
generally up to you). The general state of mind is a defense one.

As a result, you should not take things personally. If you want more
casual communications, you may try IRC. Otherwise, no need to overreact,
just focus on the technical aspect.
