[FFmpeg-devel] Merging the major bump from Libav

Hey,

I plan to finally merge the major bump from Libav this weekend.
I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up in case they didn't actually
notice that its coming, or are waiting for it to happen.

If anyone has some changes that require a bump (ABI changes), you
still have a few days to prepare them so they can go in close to the
bump and the ABI can stabilize soon after again.
