There are several issues with your message:

1. You sent to the wrong mailing list. ffmpeg-devel is for patch
submissions and discussions related to the development of FFmpeg.
Questions involving usage of the FFmpeg tools should be asked at

2. You replied to an existing message and changed the subject, but your
messaged ended up in the thread of the original message you responded
to. This is called "thread hijacking" and often results in the message
being ignored because it is mixed with an unrelated thread. You can see

3. You did not provide enough info. You need to show your actual,
unscripted ffmpeg command and the complete console output. Also,
provide a link to a short sample input file if it is required to
duplicate the issue.

4. ffmpeg-user only provides support for direct usage of the FFmpeg cli
tools. You will have to get help elsewhere for scripting help.
