I think this is probably a good way to go. I'd need to rewrite the
resampling bit to use libswresample, but that shouldn't be too hard.
These functions would then be available for the ebur128 filter, the
loudnorm filter, the astats filter, and whoever else wants to use it.
I know its MIT licensed, but I'll get in touch with the original
author and let him know.
