patch update.

test passed:
Linux:

MingW:

test passed with hds demux
Linux:
../configure --enable-xml2
OSX:
../configure --disable-everything --enable-demuxer=hds --disable-yasm --enable-protocol=file --enable-decoder=h264 --enable-decoder=aac --enable-xml2

init add hds demuxer
TODO: xml parser from libxml to libexpat or simpleparser[implementation by myself]
