[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add new MPEG bitstream filter

Hi, I was not aware of that. I'm not that familiar with the
differences between ffmpeg and libav. Do you know if the libav "coded
bitstream editing" framework you mention is documented anywhere?
