Yes, it's will telling us the attributes is or isn't available for
AVC/HEVC/MJPEG/..., and I've
consider use constchar*vaConfigAttribTypeStr(VAConfigAttribType
configAttribType) in this message, but this function can't work before
VA-API 2.1
