If you mean the assembly generated rather than video/audio output,
because it passes fate, then no I don't think so.  New functionality
should only be seen when giving an avx512 argument to the INIT_* macros.
 You would have to ask Henrik Gramner on that specific point.  Basically
I just cherry-picked his x264asm commit.
