My expenses contain:
- 156 € for 2 * 525 km of traveling from the area of Stuttgart to
Chemnitz (transporting monitor and other equipment, stopped midway)
- 246 € for the hotel room during the weekend
=> 402 €

I will send the invoices to Stefano.
