I think there is two problem here
1 - Frame tagged as limited instead of full
2 - Wrong calculation for rgb in unpremultiply offset

Patch in attach, try to fix the second problem
changing unpremultiply_offset, to avoid very wrong output with rgb input (8
bits or 16 bits)
Not sure it's the best way to fix that.
