A patch pushed without review, if it gets challenged after the fact,
will get reverted unless fixed/addressed, like it happened plenty of
times. And it it was pushed while there was considerable opposition
before the fact, then they will be penalized with the loss of committing
rights for their hubris.

This patch of yours brings nothing of value, and will not have any
effect on contributors any more than the current state of things (See
existing commits in the tree where sponsorship is disclosed without an
absurd requirement of having to pull down your pants and bend over like
you're requesting here).
