[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 2/2] avformat/mxfenc: fix DNxHD GC element_type

The values for the essence element type were updated in the spec
from 0x05/0x06 (ST2019-4 2008) to 0x0C/0x0D (ST2019-4 2009).
Fixes ticket #6380.
