I'd like to get it in for Fedora 41 / EPEL for RHEL 10. Fedora 41
final freeze is October 15, I'd prefer it to be available by around
October 1. RHEL 10 beta is expected around early November.

At the moment Fedora's Multimedia SIG is preparing to upgrade to ffmpeg 7.0.
