You can't *publicly* accuse people of harrassment without proof,. That would
literally constitute defamation except for the fact that you don't give any
names. (Keyword: publicly)

And *if* there has been one case of harrassment in the last few months that
I'd be aware of, it is the discretionary ban against Vittorio by a certain
admin - regardless of the fact that I cannot condone some of Vittorio's
statements. (Keyword: if)

This statement looks demeaning and scornful of the community of active
contributors who (for the most part) supported the "new" structure with the
GA, CC and TC.

Besides your maths simply don't add up. There were 30 voters, and more
eligible to vote. The vast majority of them are not affiliated with FFlabs,
which lists only 8 team members (including yourself). CC membership is also
not limited to the GA.

Furthermore, your own actions had already driven James to resign before you
wrote this, ironically shortly after he (and Ronald) had tried to defend you.
So now we are down to only 2 people affiliated with FFlabs.

Of course that makes Vittorio the presumptive successor to James, which is
surely worse from your perspective. Appreciate the but indirect consequences
of your own actions...

I don't have any standing in that venture so the following is purely
informative. I don't need to remind anyone that business partners of a French
company have mutual obligation of loyalty under applicable business
legislation, at least in my limited understanding.

FWIW, FFlabs lists JB, Anton, Thilo and you as founding partners. So please
take your FFlabs problems to FFlabs board meetings, if only for your own legal
shielding.

Remind us who's accusing whom again...

Executive powers necessarily lie with admins. You of all people would know.
Now that James has resigned from the CC, I believe that the CC has zero
admins, or what you call "executioner". So spare us the accusatory idioms.

FWIW I will not participate on CC complaints leveled against me as an
_individual_, and all earlier CC complaints from me have already been waived.
I expect my fellow CC members to abide by the same standard.
