[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] Issue tarcker state for fate tests

Hi all

I think, in general most fixed issues (both bugs and features)
should have a test added to fate.

To make that actually happen i suggest to introduce a state like
"fixed_and_fate_test" to trac

That way we can track if a closed issue has had a fate test added
(using the existing "fixed" to mean it has not is pretty much the way
 it is so that works out probably)

someone who wants to add such tests can then easily search for cases
which are still in need of a test

We could also add a "fixed_and_fate_untestable"
for cases that cannot be tested with fate

Asymptotically faster algorithms should always be preferred if you have
asymptotical amounts of data
