[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] What to do with 15k euro from STF?

Hi all

as we will likely have 15k available from STF "2024" for another task/project
what should it be used for ?

I think the obvious options are:

1. gitlab / forgeyo setup + hw + maintaince on our infrastructure
    (this was often requested by people in the last years and vittorio
     also asked about it again in the STF 2025 thread)

2. Maintainancenace of lynnes GPU based FFv1 encoder (if noone else funds it)

3. a small amount for patchwork maintaince for Andriy Gelman

the 15k should be enough for more than one of the above

PS: please be nice if you reply, we dont want to scare developers away
from future grants.
