If you want to improve the booths related to thilo, there is a naive and
effective way. Send thilo a friendly mail (with me in CC) offering your
unconditional help on future boothes thilo manages.
CC-ing thilo on wierd rule sets is not going to make the boothes better
An additional man at the booth will also ensure its not unmanned when thilo
has to go get some food or has to go to the toilet.
You know these issues are so simple to fix, if one just wants to fix them,
instead of well, debating about them
