[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 00/15] Spotify patchset

Hi

This is a set of patches that Spotify wants upstreamed, based on
n6.0.1. I have rebased all of them except except "[PATCH 03/18]
fftools/ffmpeg: Always exit_program(1) for I/O-errors" which seems to
need a rewrite due to large changes in fftools since n6.0.1. For now I
want feedback on the patches that are easier to rebase. I have dropped
a patch that simply reverts patch 06. Two patches have been squashed
into patch 10.

For each patch I'll have my own comments followed by Spotify's comments
if any (outside of commit message). For a lot of them I think we should
ask Spotify for samples.
