Iam not able to parse what you wrote at all. In fact none of this paragraph
I see no sides, none of this.
I think you are somehow reading this patch in a unintended way

It was intended to raise awareness of some of the problems with the GA.
If that worked we are good. if not then this was not pointy enough

But people cant really say "the GA is fine, lets keep using it" and then
"no, dont talk about THAT issue"

I think there are maybe some misunderstandings here.

I want to correct the problem with the GA, to end up with a new community
based system that fills the role the GA does. But that is robust against
manipulation

I dont see why anyone could be upset about this

If the system is left in its current state, I have probably more power not
less
