It should be a command alike to this one:

ffmpeg -i input.avi -vfilters graph_file=ppm.desc output.avi

And the ppm.desc would contain something like this:

ppm=ppm=some_nice.ppm

But it did not work as expected, as the output.avi has only two frames:
