just send a patch of your work for review to this mailing list
with [PATCH] in the subject e.g. "[PATCH] Vivo Demuxer try 1"

make sure its in unified diff format (diff -u or svn diff )
and follows the other rules listed here:
http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/general.html#SEC20
specifically, no trailing whitespace, tabs are forbidden etc.
