[FFmpeg-soc] [rfc] need argument explanation

Just need to know how brightness,contrast,saturation, tables and rhe 
"range" arguments are supposed to work.

those variables are created only for use into the yuv2rgb, which I shuld 
not read (licenses...), so I'm not able to know how I am supposed to use 
them.

beside those things, the table generator seems ready. need only someone 
to test it.

Or I'm forgetting something?
