[FFmpeg-soc] mxfenc.c version 0.0.3

Hi, all
I have fixed many bugs in mxfenc.c. Now it seems stucked at final step.
run test case as below:
1)./output_example test.mpg
2)./ffmpeg -i test.mpg test.mxf
3)./ffmpeg -i  test.mxf test.avi
stdout says:
picture size invalid (0x0)
Cannot allocate temp picture, check pix fmt

any ideas? it seems can not read video data.

moreover, I am focusing on bugs fix,
once the code works correctly I'll modify all improper code according to the
former review mails.
