[FFmpeg-soc] /soc/libavfilter is not compiling

Indeed. That is not a problem with libavfilter per se. In the other 
hand, I'm against basing it on 0.5 since I hope to see some more parts 
of it committed to main SVN soon. I think that the best solution by now 
is just to update it to the latest svn version (which should be pretty 
easy).
