[FFmpeg-soc] libavfilter segfault when trying rotate=90 on an iphone 3gs video

When trying to do a simple encode of an iPhone 3GS video(shot in
portrait mode), ffmpeg segfaults. The same command minus the
application of the filter works fine.

Example command that fails:

$ ffmpeg -i iphone.MOV -vfilters rotate=90 rotate.mp4
