[FFmpeg-soc] soc qualification

Hi ,
   I would like to do the  "rtp demuxer support rtcp BYE packets"
project as a qualification task.
If some one could please give me some details to the project , the
experimental setup (what server should I be using?, what movie
to stream) I could  start working on it.

When the server sends the bye packet what should be the action of the
ffmpeg client ?

Suggestions are welcome.
