 Correction, in valgrind I actually see invalid reads.
 This is probably because the kgv decoder does this:
     prev = av_realloc(c->prev, w * h * 2);
 So that means once decoding of the following frame starts, the result data
 from the previous one becomes invalid.
 I suspect ffplay somehow can't handle that.
