Comment:

 I attached four similar samples that are fixed with attached patch.

 The original sample is G3-compressed, I believe all palletized tiff
 samples with less than eight bit per pixel and G3 compression do not
 decode correctly.
 Can you provide such samples? (Same compression as 1bpp_with_palette.tif,
 but with 2bpp and 4bpp.)
