 After fighting with debian opencv installation missing links, adding
 LD_LIBRARY_PATH to get the right libraries (libswcale is missing and
 that's good to prevent using old libraries) I must admit you won.

 Well almost: I though there was a flag to change behavior to accept non
 strictly increasing DTS for mkv.

 Application provided invalid, non monotonically increasing dts to muxer in
 stream 0: 1419489 >= 1419489
 av_interleaved_write_frame(): Invalid argument
