 it looks like ffmpeg does not set correctly compression ID and
 stts_entries[i].duration
 while remuxing ima_adpcm_qt in mov, so the output file is unplayable by qt
 (and ffmpeg)

 attached hack fixes for me remuxing of ima_ffmpeg.mov
