 Locale gives:

 LANG=

 LC_CTYPE="UTF-8"
 LC_MESSAGES="C"
 LC_MONETARY="C"
 LC_NUMERIC="C"
 LC_TIME="C"
 LC_ALL=

 The output also says: 'Fontconfig error: Cannot load default config file'
 Is this normal? Can this be forced to load any config file?
