 (Committing the patches will lead to more samples imo.)

 A longer sample that I believe produces not entirely correctly subtitles
 with mplayer -sid 1 -subcc 1 is at samples/ffmpeg-
 bugs/trac/ticket1065/Test1.wtv (It btw does not show subtitles with
 mplayer -sid 0 that ffplay shows.)
