 Okay point 1 taken:

 Point 2:
 Well "logically" it doesn't make sense to put crop after scaling so again,
 order should not
 matter and definitely should not fail the conversion, you may throw a
 warning but when the reverse option is not a feasable option it should
 continue the conversion
